We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle various HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, payroll management, and compliance. This role requires strong communication skills, organizational abilities, and a solid understanding of HR policies and labor laws.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Onboarding:
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, and interviews.
Coordinate onboarding and induction programs for new hires. Maintain and update employee records.

Employee Relations & Engagement
Address employee queries and concerns in a skilled manner.
Organize team-building activities and engagement programs.
Ensure a positive and productive work environment.

HR Operations & Compliance
Handle payroll processing, attendance tracking, and leave management.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.




Assist in policy creation and implementation.

Performance Management & Training
Support performance appraisal processes.
Identify training needs and coordinate learning programs.

Key Requirements:

- Master’s degree in Human Resources.
- 3-4 years of experience as HR Generalist & handled the entire employee lifecycle.
- Proficiency in HRMS and MS Office.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent Communication & should be logically strong
- MS Excel knowledge .

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
