A Medical Representative (MR) is responsible for promoting and selling pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals such as doctors, pharmacists, and hospitals. They act as a link between pharmaceutical companies and healthcare providers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Visit doctors, hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies to promote pharmaceutical products.
- Explain product features, benefits, dosage, indications, and side effects to healthcare professionals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and other healthcare providers.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Organize product presentations, medical camps, and promotional activities.
- Monitor competitors' products and market trends.
- Collect customer feedback and report market information to management.
- Maintain records of daily visits, sales, and expenses.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical marketing practices.
