Koots Insulations is looking for a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor to manage and oversee daily site operations. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring work is completed on time, maintaining quality standards, and coordinating with workers and management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise day-to-day site activities
- Monitor work progress and ensure timely completion
- Coordinate with team members and contractors
- Ensure safety standards are followed at site
- Maintain site reports and documentation
- Handle materials and manpower efficiently

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor (preferred in insulation/construction field)
- Basic knowledge of site operations and safety practices
- Valuable communication and leadership skills
- Hindi , English and Tamil communication is high preferred.
- Ability to manage workforce effectively
- Minimum qualification: [Diploma/ITI/Any relevant field]

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
