Job Summary

Anant Insight is seeking a motivated HR Executive to support recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, and day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment and hiring activities.
- Source candidates through job portals and social media platforms.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews.
- Conduct employee onboarding and induction.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Manage attendance and leave records.
- Assist in payroll-related activities.
- Support employee engagement and retention initiatives.




- Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain recruitment databases.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in HR or recruitment.
- Freshers with strong communication and organizational skills may also apply.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Valuable interpersonal and communication skills.
