CNC Shop Supervisor – Roles & Responsibilities

- Production Planning – Plan daily CNC production as per schedule and customer requirements.
- Manpower Management – Allocate operators and technicians according to workload and machine requirements.
- Machine Utilization – Monitor machine loading, cycle time, downtime and overall equipment utilization.
- Process Control – Ensure correct CNC programs, tooling, cutting parameters and process sheets are followed.
- Quality Control – Ensure first-piece inspection, in-process inspection and final inspection requirements are met.
- Tool Management – Monitor tool life, tool wear, tool changes and availability of required tooling.
- Safety Compliance – Ensure operators follow PPE, machine safety and shop-floor safety procedures.
- Troubleshooting – Coordinate with maintenance,



programming and quality teams to resolve machine/process issues.
- Performance Monitoring – Track KPIs such as productivity, OEE, rejection, rework, scrap and on-time delivery.
- Continuous Improvement – Implement 5S, Kaizen, cycle-time reduction, waste elimination and productivity improvement initiatives.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Education:

- Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

- CNC machining supervisor: 4 years (Required)

Shift availability:

- Day Shift (Preferred)
- Night Shift (Preferred)
- Overnight Shift (Preferred)
