Responsibilities:

To lead and standardise geriatric counselling and psychological care across Aaji Care's Assisted Living Centres, ensuring consistent, person-centred and compassionate support for elders.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead & coordinate psychologists: Guide centre psychologists in managing elders' behavioural, emotional and psychological needs.

· Care goal planning: Guide teams in developing, implementing and regularly reviewing individualised care goals and plans.

· Best practices: Develop and share common counselling, behavioural management and dementia-care practices across centres.

· Protocols & systems: Create standard protocols, formats, care plans and schedules for counselling and psychological care.

· Cross-functional coordination: Work closely with Centre Heads, Medical Admin, GC Head, nurses and caregivers for integrated elder care.

· Psychoeducation:



Plan and coordinate regular psychoeducation sessions for elders, families, caregivers and centre teams.

· Case review & quality: Review complex cases, monitor outcomes, identify gaps and drive continuous improvement across centres.

· Reporting: Track key counselling activities and outcomes and provide consolidated reports to management.

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

Qualification: Master's in Psychology / Clinical Psychology / Counselling Psychology

Experience: 5+ years, preferably in geriatric care, dementia care, assisted living, healthcare or mental health.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
