Role Overview
We are looking for a GIS Intern with hands-on experience in georeferencing raster maps and working with GIS tools. This role is ideal for someone who wants to gain real-world exposure in land mapping, spatial data processing, and proptech applications.

Key Responsibilities
- Georeference raster maps (survey maps, layouts, land records) with high accuracy
- Digitize land parcels, boundaries, and features from maps
- Work on spatial data cleaning, processing, and validation
- Assist in creating map layers for listings and land intelligence
- Collaborate with product and operations team for mapping requirements
- Maintain organized GIS datasets and documentation

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of georeferencing techniques
- Hands-on experience with GIS tools such as:
- QGIS / ArcGIS
- Google Earth Pro
- Understanding of coordinate systems and projections
- Basic knowledge of shapefiles, raster & vector data
- Attention to detail and accuracy in mapping
