Position: B2B Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities
- Recruit new Life Insurance agents and build a robust agency network.
- Activate newly recruited agents and ensure their regular engagement.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with agents.
- Motivate and support agents to achieve their business and sales targets.
- Conduct regular meetings, follow-ups, and performance reviews with agents.
- Assist agents with Life Insurance products, sales processes, and business development.
- Identify opportunities to increase agent productivity and improve overall business performance.
- Maintain regular communication with active and inactive agents to drive business.
- Achieve monthly agent recruitment, activation, and business targets.
Candidate Requirements
- Mandatory: Prior experience in the Life Insurance industry is required.
- Candidates must have relevant experience in Life Insurance Agency Sales / B2B Sales / Channel Sales.
- Strong experience in agent recruitment and agent activation.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to recruit, manage, motivate, and activate a network of insurance agents.
- Target-oriented with a strong sales mindset.
- Good negotiation and convincing skills.
Important Note
Life Insurance experience is mandatory.
Only candidates with prior experience in the Life Insurance industry should apply.
Candidates without Life Insurance experience will not be considered.
