About the Role:

We are looking for a meticulous, rapid-paced Photo Editor & High-End Retoucher to lead post-production across studio shoots. You will handle everything from raw batch processing to pixel-perfect commercial retouching for high-growth brands across fashion, jewelry, lifestyle, food, and e-commerce.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform high-end commercial retouching: advanced skin retouching (frequency separation, dodging & burning), hair cleanups, apparel de-wrinkling, and background cleanups.
- Execute high-precision product & jewelry post-production: focus-stack alignment, dust/scratch removal, reflection correction, and shape alignment.
- Maintain rigorous color accuracy across fabric textures, product finishes, and skin tones using calibrated color grading workflows.
- Manage RAW ingestion,



batch culling, exposure balancing, and export pipelines in Adobe Lightroom / Capture One.
- Prepare digital assets across multiple aspect ratios and specifications optimized for e-commerce listings, print lookbooks, and high-impact social media campaigns.
- Integrate generative AI tools (e.g., Photoshop Generative Fill, Midjourney) into post-production workflows for background extensions and asset manipulation.
- Collaborate closely with photographers, art directors, and brand leads to maintain tight delivery timelines.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
