Position: Placement & Corporate Relations Executive
Location: Kochi, Kerala
Experience: 1–3 Years

Key Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain relationships with HR professionals, recruiters, and companies.
- Generate job opportunities and placement openings for freshers and graduates.
- Conduct corporate outreach through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking activities.
- Coordinate with employers regarding hiring requirements and recruitment drives.
- Match suitable candidates with available opportunities and support the hiring process.
- Maintain records of companies, vacancies, interviews, and placements.
- Achieve targets related to employer acquisition and placement opportunities.

Requirements:

- Experience in Corporate Relations, Placements, Recruitment, Business Development,



or B2B Sales.
- Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
- Robust follow-up, negotiation, and coordination abilities.
- Target-oriented with a proactive approach.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, LinkedIn, MS Excel, and email communication.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Immediate Joiners Preferred

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
