Position: Retail Store In-charge
Department: Retail Operations
Reports To: Store Manager / Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the complete day-to-day operations of the retail store.
- Supervise and allocate duties to store staff.
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and properly maintained.
- Handle opening and closing of the store.
- Monitor daily sales, billing, cash, UPI and other payment collections.
- Maintain accurate stock levels and conduct regular stock checks.
- Monitor inward and outward movement of products.
- Coordinate with the purchase/warehouse team for stock replenishment.
- Check product quality, expiry dates, MRP and pricing.
- Ensure proper product display, shelf arrangement and product labeling.
- Minimize stock shortages, damages, expiry and wastage.
- Handle customer enquiries, complaints and service issues.
- Ensure proper implementation of offers, promotions and pricing.
- Prepare daily sales and operational reports.
- Monitor staff attendance, punctuality and performance.
- Train new employees on store procedures and customer handling.




- Coordinate with management regarding operational issues and requirements.
- Ensure company policies and SOPs are followed.
- Support achievement of daily and monthly sales targets.

Experience

1–3 years of experience in retail, supermarket, FMCG, food & beverage, bakery, grocery or similar operations preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
