Job Summary

We are looking for a Customer Care Executive who will act as the first point of contact for customers, handling queries, complaints, service requests, and follow-ups. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to resolve issues efficiently while maintaining service quality standards.

Key Responsibilities-

- Coordinate with customers regarding vehicle service requirements, estimates, approvals and delivery timelines.
- Coordinate with Service Advisors, Technicians and Workshop teams for vehicle status updates.
- Track vehicle WIP (Work in Progress) and ensure timely updates to customers.
- Handle customer follow-ups for service approvals, additional repairs and vehicle delivery.
- Coordinate insurance claim-related communication between customers, surveyors and workshops.
- Monitor pending estimates, approvals, repair status and deliveries.
- Handle customer complaints and coordinate with the concerned team for quick resolution.




- Maintain accurate customer and vehicle records in the CRM.
- Follow up with customers after service completion and collect feedback/reviews.
- Identify opportunities for repeat business, service reminders and customer retention.
- Ensure workshop processes and customer communication are followed as per MotoMile SOPs.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on vehicle status, pending jobs, customer complaints and closures.
- On board Recent workshops and fleet clints
- Required Skills & Qualifications-
- Minimum 1+ year of experience in any of the following:
- Service Advisor – Automotive Workshop
- Car Fleet Handling / Fleet Operations
- Motor Insurance Claims Handling
- Good command over Telugu ,Hindi & English
- Basic computer knowledge (CRM, MS Excel, email handling)
