Key Responsibilities

- Operate Polar cutting, printing, and coating machines as per production requirements.
- Set and adjust machine parameters according to job specifications.
- Carry out paper cutting, printing, and coating operations as per required standards.
- Check material size, alignment, print quality, coating quality, and overall appearance.
- Ensure accurate production with minimum material wastage.
- Monitor machine performance during production and report any issues to the supervisor or maintenance team.
- Perform basic machine cleaning and routine checks.
- Maintain production records, including output, wastage, and rejection.
- Handle and stack finished material properly to avoid damage.
- Follow quality standards, work instructions, safety procedures, and 5S practices.
- Coordinate with the Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams for smooth operations.
- Ensure timely completion of daily production targets.
- Maintain proper housekeeping around the machine and work area.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
