About Erichsol

Erichsol Private Limited is the India arm of Erichsol Oy, Finland. We build eScanX - an intelligent document OCR platform that turns receipts, invoices, and scanned PDFs into clean, structured data in seconds, including VAT, tax IDs, IBANs, and line items across 16 languages.

The product launched recently. You would be one of our first commercial hires in India.

The role

You'll sell eScanX to accounting firms, CA practices, and finance and accounts-payable teams. You own the deal from the first email to the signature on our Starter and Professional plans. The founder joins you on Enterprise deals and handles technical proof-of-concepts and security reviews — you are not expected to do those alone.

What you'll do

- Build target account lists and run outbound over email, LinkedIn, and phone
- Qualify inbound free-plan signups and identify the accounts with genuine document volume
- Run discovery calls and live demos using the prospect's own documents
- Close Starter and Professional subscriptions; bring the founder in on Enterprise
- Keep clean CRM records and an honest weekly view of your pipeline

Compensation

A fixed monthly salary, plus an uncapped sales incentive on every subscription you personally source and close. The full incentive schedule is set out in writing as an annexure to your offer letter,



so you can read it and work out the numbers before you accept — not after.

What we're looking for

- 1–3 years of experience. Strong final-year students and recent graduates are welcome to apply
- Transparent spoken and written English — you'll be emailing and calling finance professionals in India and Europe
- Willing to do outbound work every day, and comfortable hearing no
- Curious enough to learn what the product actually does. No technical background required, but you should be interested in how software gets sold

Before you apply, please know

- Working hours follow Finland time — roughly 12:30 pm to 8:30 pm IST. It's a later shift, and it's deliberate: that's when your European customers are at their desks.
- Fully remote, and you use your own laptop. We don't provide hardware at this stage.
- Three-month probation, one-month notice on both sides. The offer is subject to background verification.
