Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Veeva Vault Clinical Ops Support Module Lead to lead the support, administration, configuration, and optimization of Veeva Vault Clinical applications.

The role involves providing L2 support, managing CTMS/eTMF configurations and workflows, troubleshooting complex issues, supporting integrations and data migration, managing user access, and ensuring compliance with clinical and regulatory requirements.

You will work closely with clinical operations, IT, business stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure stable and efficient system operations.

What You’ll Do

Veeva Vault Support & Administration

- Lead L2 support and end-to-end ownership of assigned Veeva Vault Clinical modules.
- Configure and administer Veeva Vault CTMS and eTMF.
- Design and maintain workflows, objects, fields, lifecycles, and permissions.
- Troubleshoot complex application and configuration issues.
- Manage incidents, service requests, enhancements, and releases.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent solutions.

Integration & Data Management

- Support integrations between Veeva Vault and other clinical applications, including EDC.
- Support data migration, validation, reconciliation, and issue resolution.
- Troubleshoot integration and data-related issues.

Security & Compliance

- Manage user accounts, roles, permissions, and role-based access.
- Conduct periodic user access reviews.
- Ensure data integrity, audit trails, and secure access controls.
- Support compliance with FDA 21 CFR Part 11 and organizational standards.

Stakeholder & Team Collaboration

- Work with clinical operations and business teams to understand requirements.
- Translate business needs into effective Vault solutions.
- Provide user training and maintain technical documentation.
- Guide and mentor team members on Veeva Vault best practices.
- Collaborate with IT, QA, vendors, and other technical teams.

Continuous Improvement

- Identify opportunities to optimize workflows, configurations,



and support processes.
- Improve application stability and user adoption.
- Drive standardization and best practices across support operations.

Must-Have Skills

- 5–6 years of relevant experience in Veeva Vault Clinical support and administration.
- 4+ years of experience in Veeva Vault Clinical Support Operations.
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with CTMS/eTMF configuration, administration, and workflow design.
- 4+ years of experience with Veeva Vault integrations with clinical applications.
- Strong troubleshooting and L2 production support experience.
- Experience with user administration, roles, permissions, and access controls.
- Knowledge of FDA 21 CFR Part 11, data integrity, and audit trails.
- Experience with enhancements, releases, integrations, and data migration.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, CRO, healthcare IT, or life sciences environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Life Sciences, or related field.

Good to Have

- Veeva Vault Platform Administrator Certification.
- Veeva Clinical Operations Administrator Certification.
- Strong knowledge of Veeva Vault configuration tools.
- Experience with additional Veeva Vault modules.
- Knowledge of validation processes in regulated environments.
- Experience leading support teams or technical workstreams.
