Position Title: Epic Inpatient Analyst III

Location: Remote Position

Expected Duration: 04+ Months with possible extension

Pay Range: $70/Hr - $77.85/Hr on W2

Job Description:

We are seeking an Epic Inpatient Analyst III to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Epic inpatient modules, clinical workflow design, and testing, and a proven ability to deliver safe, reliable configuration and support for inpatient operations.

Responsibilities:

Build, validate, and support inpatient documentation, orders, order sets, care plans, clinical decision support, security, and workflow configuration.

Resolve inpatient incidents, enhancement requests, release impacts, and patient-care-sensitive defects.

Coordinate with nursing, physicians, pharmacy, ancillary departments, trainers, reporting, interfaces, and Epic/vendor teams.

Develop test scripts, downtime and operational support documentation, runbooks, and optimization recommendations.

Support upgrades, integrated testing, go-live readiness, and continuous improvement of inpatient workflows.

Level Expectations:

Owns complex or escalated work and leads small enhancements or transition activities.

Mentors junior resources and identifies root causes of issues.

Improves operating procedures and service quality.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Epic inpatient module experience or certification.

Knowledge of hospital clinical workflows and clinical safety practices.

Proficiency in testing, troubleshooting,



and defect resolution.

Effective stakeholder communication and collaboration skills.

Experience level: 5+ years in Epic inpatient analysis or similar roles.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with integrated testing and go-live readiness planning.

Background collaborating with interface, reporting, and training teams.
