We are looking for a Logistics Executive with minimum 1 year of experience in E-commerce and D2C operations. The candidate will be responsible for managing the complete order fulfilment process, including order processing, inventory coordination, dispatch, delivery tracking, returns and reconciliation.

The candidate should have hands-on experience working with Shopify and Amazon Seller Central/portal and should be comfortable coordinating with courier partners, warehouse teams, customer support and internal stakeholders.

Key ResponsibilitiesE-commerce & D2C Order Management

- Manage daily orders received through Shopify, Amazon and other D2C/e-commerce channels.
- Process and verify orders accurately for dispatch.
- Monitor order status from order confirmation to final delivery.
- Ensure timely processing and dispatch of all orders.
- Identify and resolve order processing issues, cancellations and failed orders.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team for order picking, packing and dispatch.

Shopify & Amazon Portal Management

- Handle day-to-day order and fulfilment activities on Shopify.
- Manage orders, cancellations, returns and fulfilment updates on Amazon Seller Central.
- Monitor pending, unfulfilled, cancelled and returned orders.
- Ensure accurate updating of order and shipment status in the respective portals.
- Monitor customer/order-related notifications and take appropriate action.
- Coordinate with relevant teams for resolving portal-related issues.

Logistics & Courier Coordination

- Coordinate with courier and logistics partners for timely pickups and deliveries.
- Generate shipping labels, invoices and required shipping documents.
- Track shipments and proactively follow up on delayed,



undelivered or RTO shipments.
- Coordinate with courier partners for delivery exceptions and address-related issues.
- Monitor RTO, NDR, lost/damaged shipments and delivery TAT.
- Ensure shipments are dispatched within agreed timelines.

Inventory & Warehouse Coordination

- Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure stock availability for online orders.
- Monitor inventory levels across D2C/e-commerce channels.
- Highlight stock shortages and potential stock-out situations.
- Coordinate for stock transfers, replenishment and order prioritization.
- Ensure proper reconciliation between physical stock and system/portal inventory.

Returns & Reverse Logistics

- Monitor customer returns and replacement orders.
- Coordinate with warehouse and courier partners for reverse pickups.
- Track returned shipments until receipt at the warehouse.
- Ensure proper system/portal updates for returned orders.
- Monitor and reduce unnecessary RTO and return shipments.

Reporting & Reconciliation

- Prepare daily/weekly reports covering:
- Orders received
- Orders dispatched
- Pending orders
- Delivered orders
- RTO
- Returns
- NDR
- Cancellations
- Reconcile orders and shipments between Shopify, Amazon, courier portals and internal records.
- Maintain accurate logistics and order-related documentation.
- Support invoice,



COD and shipment reconciliation as required.

Required Experience

Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in:

- E-commerce Logistics
- D2C Operations
- Online Order Fulfilment
- Marketplace Operations
- Warehouse & Dispatch Operations
- Courier/Last-Mile Coordination

Hands-on experience with Shopify and Amazon Seller Central is mandatory.

Experience with other marketplaces such as Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho or similar platforms will be an added advantage.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of Shopify order management and fulfilment.
- Good working knowledge of Amazon Seller Central.
- Strong understanding of D2C order fulfilment processes.
- Good knowledge of courier/logistics operations.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Positive knowledge of MS Excel.
- Ability to work with large volumes of orders and data.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet dispatch deadlines.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Candidates with hands-on experience in D2C brands, Shopify-based businesses, Amazon marketplace operations with 1st and last-mile logistics will be preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
