Roles & Responsibilities

- End-to-End Design: Design end-to-end user experiences for B2C digital products across web and mobile platforms.
- Translation & Prototyping: Translate user needs, business requirements, and product objectives into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- User Research: Conduct user research and usability analysis to identify customer pain points and improve product experiences.
- UI/UX Excellence: Create intuitive and engaging UI/UX designs while maintaining consistency with design systems and brand guidelines.
- Collaboration: Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Researchers, and Business teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Validation & Feedback: Participate in design reviews and incorporate feedback to improve usability, accessibility, and overall customer experience.
- Data-Driven Iteration: Use data, user feedback, and product metrics to identify opportunities for continuous experience improvement.
- Design Systems: Contribute to and maintain design systems, reusable components, and UX standards.

Ideal Candidate Requirements

Core Experience: Minimum 1 to 4 years of experience in UX / Product Design, with a

strong focus on B2C Products.

Company Pedigree: Must currently or previously be working in a top B2C product

company.

Education: Must hold a Design Education degree (B.Des or M.Des) from a Tier-1 college (NIT, NIFT, IIT). (Tier-2 colleges will be considered with secondary priority).

Portfolio: A robust portfolio showcasing UX/Product Design works for top/high-traffic B2C Products is absolutely mandatory.

Pay: Up to ₹2,000,000.00 per year
