Job Summary

Winshine Infotech is looking for a creative and motivated Digital Marketing Executive & Video Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, content creation, and video editing.

You will be responsible for managing social media content, supporting digital marketing campaigns, creating engaging videos, and helping strengthen our online presence.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing

- Plan and execute digital marketing activities across social media and online platforms.
- Manage and grow company social media accounts.
- Create and schedule engaging posts, reels, stories, and other digital content.
- Conduct basic keyword research and support SEO activities.
- Monitor social media and campaign performance and prepare basic reports.
- Assist with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other online advertising campaigns.
- Research current digital marketing trends and competitor activities.
- Generate creative content ideas to improve brand awareness and engagement.

Video Editing & Content Creation

- Edit short-form videos, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, promotional videos, and marketing content.
- Add transitions, text,



captions, music, effects, and other elements to videos.
- Create engaging visual content based on marketing requirements.
- Repurpose existing content into videos suitable for different social media platforms.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative video concepts.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree/diploma in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Media, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- 0–2 years of experience in digital marketing and/or video editing.
- Positive knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
- Basic understanding of SEO, social media marketing, and online advertising.
- Experience with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, Canva, or similar tools.
- Strong creativity and attention to detail.
- Good communication and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn new digital marketing tools and trends.
