Job Summary

We are looking for a Billing Engineer with experience in construction/project billing. The candidate will be responsible for preparing client and contractor bills, checking measurements and BOQ quantities, maintaining billing records, and coordinating with site engineers, contractors and the accounts team.

Key Responsibilities

* Prepare client bills, contractor bills and RA bills.

* Prepare and verify BOQ and quantity measurements.

* Check actual site measurements against BOQ quantities.

* Calculate quantities, rates and total bill amounts accurately.

* Prepare Measurement Sheets / Measurement Books (MB).

* Verify work completed at site before billing.

* Track submitted, approved, rejected and pending bills.

* Coordinate with Site Engineers, Project Managers, Contractors and Accounts.

* Check applicable GST, TDS and other deductions.

* Identify discrepancies in quantities, rates or billing calculations.





* Prepare and maintain project-wise billing trackers and reports.

* Follow up for pending measurements, approvals and payments.

* Maintain proper documentation of bills and supporting documents.

* Ensure billing is completed accurately and within deadlines.

Required Skills

* Positive knowledge of construction billing and BOQ.

* Strong understanding of quantity measurement and rate analysis.

* Good MS Excel knowledge.

* Knowledge of GST/TDS and basic billing documentation.

* Ability to prepare RA bills and measurement sheets.

* Good communication and coordination skills.

* Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.

* Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Qualification

Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering or relevant qualification.

Preferred Candidate

* 1–3 years of experience in construction billing / quantity surveying / project billing.

* Experience with client billing and contractor/vendor billing preferred.

* Candidates who can independently handle BOQ, measurements, RA bills and billing trackers will be preferred.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
