The Marketing Officer will be responsible for supporting the company's marketing activities, generating leads, coordinating customer interactions, promoting projects, and contributing to overall sales and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate qualified leads through various marketing channels and activities.
- Promote company projects, properties, and services to prospective customers.
- Conduct outbound calls, follow-ups, and customer communications.
- Coordinate and schedule customer site visits and property presentations.
- Maintain regular follow-up with leads and prospective customers.
- Manage and update customer and lead information in the CRM/system.
- Support digital marketing activities, including social media and online campaigns.
- Coordinate with the sales team to convert leads into site visits and sales opportunities.
- Participate in exhibitions, promotional events, campaigns, and other marketing activities.
- Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Prepare daily/weekly marketing activity and lead-generation reports.
- Achieve assigned lead-generation, site-visit, and conversion targets.




- Ensure skilled representation of the company's brand and projects.
- Perform other marketing-related duties assigned by management.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Experience in real estate, construction, or property marketing will be an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer-handling and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Positive working knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated.
