Role Overview
We are looking for dynamic, result-oriented Business Development Associates to join our growing team. You will engage prospective learners through outbound calling, understand their professional development needs, and guide them toward the right upskilling solutions across our EdTech brand portfolio. Position Details

Location Kolkata — Work from Office
Employment Full-Time
Experience 0–3 Years (Freshers Welcome)
Work Days 6 Days/Week — Thursday Off
Work Hours 12:15 PM – 9:30 PM| Sunday – 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM
Education Graduate / Postgraduate — Any Discipline
Laptop Personal laptop mandatory (rental option available)

Key Responsibilities

● Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers and introduce House of EdTech's course offerings.

● Understand learner needs and recommend the most suitable upskilling programs.

● Pitch courses in Excel, Python, Power BI, AI, Finance, and Stock Market Training.

● Build rapport with leads, follow up consistently, and close sales to meet monthly targets.

● Maintain accurate CRM records of customer interactions and sales activity.

● Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outreach and improve lead conversion. Required Skills & Qualifications

● Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills.

● Ability to identify customer pain points and offer tailored solutions.

● Target-driven mindset with strong negotiation and follow-up discipline.

● Self-motivated and resilient in a fast-paced environment.

● Prior sales or telecalling experience is a plus — freshers are encouraged to apply.

● Basic familiarity with Excel, Python, Power BI, or AI tools is preferred. What We Offer
