Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day operations and performance of assigned seller accounts on Amazon.in.

- Drive seller growth by analyzing sales trends and implementing strategies to improve sales performance.

- Onboard current sellers and educate them on Amazon policies, tools, and best practices.

- Optimize product listings, pricing, inventory, and advertising campaigns.

- Monitor account health metrics such as ODR, Cancellation Rate, Late Dispatch Rate, and A-to-Z Claims.

- Resolve seller issues related to payments, logistics, and product listings.

- Execute promotional campaigns, Deals, Sponsored Ads, and Lightning Deals.

- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance seller performance and satisfaction.

- Prepare performance reports and provide actionable insights.





- Build and maintain long-term seller relationships.

Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.

- 1–4 years of experience in Ecommerce, Seller Support, Marketplace Operations, or Account Management.

- Knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and marketplace policies.

- Strong MS Excel and analytical skills.

- Excellent communication and relationship management abilities.

- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹20,000.06 - ₹30,000.00 per month
