We are looking for Field recruiters to join Delhivery for the Bengaluru Metro
Roles and Responsibilities:-
- Onboard stores(Kirana Stores model) across the assigned Territory.
- Hire vendors and manage performance.
- Do Field Events and manage recruitments fulfilled at the DC level.
- Manage Delivery Boys compliance, and Resolve Disruptions at the DC.
Experience:-
- Must have strong experience in managing Delivery Boys.
- Robust Hiring experience in a metropolitan city.
- Work experience in E-Commerce,3PL would be a help.
