Position: Operation Manager - Events and Activation

Location: Gurgaon

Experience: 3-7 years in corporate MICE with a travel Management company/ Travel Agency

Company Profile:

The Event and Activation Operation Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing events and activations that align with the organization's marketing strategies and objectives. This role will require strong project management skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. The Event and Activation Operation Manager will be responsible for managing the entire event and activation cycle from ideation to execution, including budget management, logistics, vendor management, and post-event analysis

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement event and activation plans that align with the organization's marketing strategies and obiectives.
- Manage the entire event and activation cycle from ideation to execution, including budget management, logistics, vendor management, and post-event analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, creative, and sales, to ensure events and activations are aligned with overall business goals.
- Work with external vendors and agencies to negotiate contracts, secure permits,



and manage event logistics.
- Create and manage event timelines and project plans, ensuring deadlines are met and events are executed flawlessly.
- Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring expenses are within budget and that ROI is achieved.
- Conduct post-event analysis to measure the effectiveness of events and activations and make recommendations for future improvements.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, continuously improving the organization's events and activations.
