Job Posting: Advocate-on-Record (AoR) – Family Law & Client Relations Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Advocate-on-Record (AoR) to join our legal practice.

The ideal candidate will independently manage family law litigation and serve as the primary point of contact for office clients. This role requires an individual who balances exceptional legal acumen with robust interpersonal skills to guide clients through sensitive legal matters.Key Responsibilities Litigation Management: Draft, review, and file petitions, written statements, appeals, and applications for family law matters.

Court Appearances: Appear and argue effectively before the family courts.

Client Counseling: Act as the primary liaison for office clients, providing empathetic, clear, and realistic legal counsel.

Case Strategy: Formulate effective legal strategies for complex family disputes, including divorce, child custody, alimony,



and property division.

AoR Duties: Execute all statutory responsibilities of an Advocate-on-Record, ensuring strict compliance with procedural rules.

Qualifications & SkillsCertification: Valid certification as an Advocate-on-Record (AoR) .Experience: Minimum of 0-2–years of active practice, with a strong focus on matrimonial and family law.

Client Skills: Proven ability to handle client consultations and manage client relations professionally.

Communication: Exceptional drafting skills and fluent verbal communication in English and local languages.

Discretion: High level of integrity and sensitivity when handling confidential client data.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
