Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Civil Engineer with strong hands-on knowledge of civil and project execution activities within the steel industry, particularly for coil processing plants and machinery installations.

The candidate should have end-to-end knowledge of machine foundation, equipment erection, project execution, and commissioning, and should be capable of independently coordinating civil activities from the initial stage of a project through final commissioning.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, supervise, and execute civil works for coil processing and steel plant projects.
- Handle machine foundation works, including layout, excavation, reinforcement, concreting, grouting, and finishing.
- Coordinate and supervise machine and equipment erection activities at site.
- Manage civil activities required for installation and commissioning of coil processing machinery.
- Coordinate with mechanical, electrical, production, and project teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor project execution from start to completion, ensuring adherence to approved drawings, specifications, timelines, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, and equipment suppliers at site.
- Review civil and structural drawings and ensure execution as per approved designs.
- Monitor material requirements, manpower deployment, work progress, and site activities.




- Ensure proper safety practices and quality standards are followed during construction and erection activities.
- Identify and resolve site-related civil and execution issues.
- Maintain project documentation, progress reports, measurements, and other relevant records.
- Support the project team during installation, trial runs, and final commissioning.
- Ensure timely completion and handover of the project.

Candidate Requirements

- Civil Engineering degree/diploma from a recognized institution.
- Relevant experience in the steel industry is mandatory/preferred.
- Robust knowledge of coil processing plants and machinery installation.
- Hands-on experience in machine foundations, equipment erection, and project execution.
- Should have the ability to manage and coordinate projects from start to end, including commissioning.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, civil drawings, structural works, and site execution.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to manage contractors and multiple site activities simultaneously.
- Willingness to work at Sinnar, Nashik.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in steel processing plants, coil processing lines, slitting lines, cut-to-length lines, or similar steel machinery projects will be given preference.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹110,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
