The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining our products/services, and generating leads. Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Explain company products and services clearly.
- Follow up with interested customers.
- Maintain and update customer information in the system.
- Answer customer queries professionally.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
- Build and maintain good customer relationships.
