We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Accountant to support accounting operations
for the US business. The role involves handling accounts-related documentation,
invoice processing, payment follow-ups, reconciliation, and maintaining financial
records with accuracy. Candidates should also be comfortable using AI tools to improve
productivity, reporting, and data management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and maintain sales and purchase invoices
- Follow up on payments, receivables, and customer account statements
- Maintain and update financial records in Excel and accounting software
- Perform bank reconciliation and account reconciliation
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports
- Coordinate with customers and internal teams for billing and payment-related
queries
- Assist in accounts closing and audit support documentation
- Ensure accurate data entry and record maintenance
Qualification:
- B.Com / M.Com / BBA (Finance) / MBA (Finance) preferred
- Freshers / Experienced can apply
Skills Required:
- Good knowledge of Accounting Principles
- Strong knowledge in MS Excel (Mandatory)
- Basic knowledge of Odoo Accounting Software
- Good Communication (Mandatory)
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Hindi language knowledge (Added Advantage)
