Key Responsibilities

- Drive company vehicles safely and responsibly.
- Transport employees, clients, documents, and materials as assigned.
- Follow all traffic rules and road safety regulations.
- Maintain punctuality and ensure timely pick-up and drop-off.
- Conduct basic daily checks of the vehicle, including fuel, tires, oil, brakes, and lights.
- Keep the vehicle clean and well-maintained.
- Report vehicle issues, accidents, or maintenance requirements promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of trips, fuel, and vehicle-related expenses.
- Plan routes efficiently and use GPS/navigation when required.
- Assist with loading and unloading luggage, documents, or materials when necessary.
- Maintain confidentiality and skilled conduct while dealing with company staff and clients.
- Perform other driving-related duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

- Valid and appropriate driving license.
- Minimum 2 years of professional driving experience preferred.
- Good knowledge of local roads and routes.




- Clean driving record with no major traffic violations.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Punctual, trustworthy, and disciplined.
- Ability to work flexible hours when required.
- Physically fit and capable of handling routine vehicle-related tasks.

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous experience as a corporate, executive, personal, or commercial driver.
- Familiarity with GPS and navigation applications.
- Basic knowledge of first aid is an advantage.
