We are looking for a Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) to join our team. The candidate will handle customer enquiries, phone calls, WhatsApp messages, online leads, and customer follow-ups.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer calls, WhatsApp enquiries, and online leads.
- Respond to customer queries professionally.
- Follow up with potential customers and generate appointments.
- Maintain and update leads in Google Sheets.
- Coordinate with the team regarding customer requirements.
- Build and maintain good customer relationships.
Requirements
- Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, friendly, and talkative personality.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with WhatsApp and Google Sheets.
- Customer-service-oriented attitude.
- Automotive industry experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
