We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Student Counsellor to join our team in Hyderabad.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle incoming enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, website leads, walk-ins, and other channels.
- Counsel students and recommend suitable IT courses based on their career objectives.
- Explain course curriculum, duration, batch timings, fees, training methodology, and placement support.
- Follow up regularly with prospective students and maintain proper lead records.
- Convert qualified leads into admissions and achieve monthly enrolment targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with students throughout the counselling and admission process.
- Coordinate with trainers and internal teams regarding batch schedules, course details, and student requirements.
- Handle student queries professionally and provide accurate information.




- Conduct follow-up calls with students who have shown interest but have not yet enrolled.
- Maintain daily/weekly reports of leads, follow-ups, conversions, and admissions.
- Achieve individual and team-level counselling and admission targets.
- Participate in promotional activities, seminars, workshops, and student engagement activities when required.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- 1–3 years of experience in Student Counselling, Education Counselling, Inside Sales, EdTech Sales, Academic Counselling, or similar roles.
- Candidates with experience in IT training institutes, EdTech companies, or educational consultancies are preferred.
