Key Responsibilities

- Carry out routine maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting work at the facility.
- Handle car painting and touch-up work, including surface preparation, sanding, priming, painting, and finishing.
- Perform general painting works for walls, doors, furniture, equipment, and other facility areas.
- Identify and repair minor electrical issues such as switches, sockets, lights, wiring, and basic connections.
- Handle basic electronic works and troubleshooting of commonly used electrical/electronic equipment.
- Carry out minor carpentry, plumbing, and other general maintenance work whenever required.
- Conduct regular inspection of facility equipment and report maintenance requirements.
- Ensure tools, equipment, and maintenance materials are used safely and properly.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards while performing maintenance activities.
- Coordinate with external vendors/technicians for major repairs when required.

Work Location: In person

Pay: ₹20,086.00 - ₹30,594.65 per month
