We are looking for a proactive and responsible Studio Manager to help manage the day-to-day operations of our design and fabrication studio.

The person should be practical, organised, and capable of coordinating with workers, vendors, transporters, and suppliers to ensure work is completed smoothly and on time.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate daily work with studio workers and fabricators.
- Understand the production and fabrication process and help ensure work moves smoothly from one stage to another.
- Follow up with workers to ensure tasks are completed as planned.
- Monitor project timelines and ensure work is completed on schedule.
- Arrange and book transportation for materials and finished products.
- Purchase and arrange hardware, materials, and other required items from suppliers and the market.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely delivery of materials.
- Keep track of pending work, materials, and deliveries.
- Solve day-to-day operational issues and ensure things get done efficiently.




- Assist with handling and moving materials and products when required.
- Be comfortable working in a fabrication environment and occasionally climbing ladders or accessing work at height.

Requirements

- Positive organisational and coordination skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with workers, vendors, and suppliers.
- Practical problem-solving attitude and ability to take initiative.
- Comfortable working in a hands-on design and fabrication studio environment.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow timelines.
- Knowledge or experience in fabrication, interiors, furniture, metalwork, or a design studio will be an advantage.

We are looking for someone who is responsible, proactive, practical, and focused on getting things done.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Sewri, Mumbai, Maharashtra
