We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to join our IT team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, providing software support, and coordinating with the technical team to resolve customer issues.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer calls, WhatsApp messages, and queries.
- Provide basic support and guidance related to company software/TMS.
- Understand customer issues and coordinate with the technical team.
- Follow up on pending issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain records of customer complaints and support requests.
- Prepare basic MIS reports and maintain data.
- Communicate professionally with customers.
- Provide proper updates to customers regarding their issues.

Required Skills

- Good communication skills in Hindi & English.
- Good typing speed.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.




- Customer handling skills.
- Ability to understand and explain software-related issues.
- Good coordination and follow-up skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Experience

- Freshers can apply.
- 0–2 years of experience in Customer Support, IT Support, Software Support, or MIS will be preferred.

Preferred Candidate

- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident while talking to customers.
- Basic knowledge of software applications.
- Good typing speed and computer skills.
- Able to work effectively in a team.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
