The Coordinator role is suitable for candidates with 0–5 years of experience who can connect with landowners through outbound calls, identify potential land opportunities, land aquesition and coordinate meetings.
Strong communication skills and the ability to speak, read, and write Kannada are essential for these positions. Candidates should have positive local market knowledge, negotiation skills, and the ability to work closely with landowners and internal teams.
