The HR Intern is an entry-level, hands-on internship giving you early exposure to core HR and recruitment operations within a structured, professional RPO environment. Working closely with the recruitment and HR teams, you will support sourcing, coordination, documentation and day-to-day HR processes, gaining a well-rounded introduction to how a modern talent organisation runs.This is a learning-intensive role designed for someone early in their career who is curious about HR and recruitment as a discipline. No prior experience is required — enthusiasm, discipline and a genuine willingness to learn matter most. You will be mentored closely by the team and will build foundational HR and recruitment skills, with the chance to convert into a full time role based on performance.What You Will Own• Sourcing Support: assisting with identifying and engaging candidates using Naukri, LinkedIn and other sourcing channels, and helping build target-company lists• Coordination: scheduling interviews, tracking candidate status across stages, and following up to ensure timelines are met• Documentation: maintaining trackers, candidate records and HR databases accurately and up to date• Communication: helping draft and send professional communication to candidates, and handling routine queries under guidance• HR Operations Support: assisting with onboarding formalities, documentation and other day-to-day HR administrative tasks as needed• Learning: building familiarity with recruitment processes,
HR terminology and industry fundamentals through hands-on exposureIdeal Candidate Profile• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field• Available to work full-time as an intern, 6 days a week, from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM• Strong written and verbal communication skills• Organised and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks and trackers simultaneously• Genuinely curious and eager to learn — comfortable picking up new tools, terminology and processes quickly• Coachable, with the ability to act on feedback promptly and improve• Basic proficiency with MS Excel/Google Sheets and comfort learning new sourcing tools• Prior internship or project experience in HR/recruitment is an advantage but not mandatoryRequired Proficiency• Strong learning agility and willingness to work in a fast-paced, structured environment• Disciplined follow-through and reliable task ownership• Professional written and verbal communication• Comfortable receiving direct feedback and adjusting quickly• Basic computer literacy, including MS Office/Google WorkspaceWork Timings• 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM, 6 days a weekWhat You Will Gain• A strong foundation in recruitment and HR operations within a professional, structured RPO environment• Close mentorship from the recruitment and HR team• Hands-on exposure to sourcing, coordination and HR documentation from day one• A clear path toward a full-time role based on performance
