Required Skills & Experience:

Product Knowledge: Well knowledge required in Knits garments like T shirt, Polo shirt, Hoodies, sweaters, Pyjama sets, joggers, and kids rompers.

Print Knowledge: Well knowledge required in different print qualities (Plastisol, Pigment, High-Density, Discharge, Non-PVC, Digital, and Sublimation).

Fabric Knowledge: Well knowledge required in fabric qualities, fabric structures (Single Jersey, Pique, Interlock, Fleece, Rib), yarn counts, GSM, and dyeing finishes.

Process Knowledge: Strong experience in factory sourcing, final product costing, TNA (Time and Action) management, and buyer communication.

Communication: Very good communication skills required (both verbal and written English) to handle international buyers independently.
