Paid Advertising & Campaign ManagementPlan, launch, manage, and optimize paid campaigns acrossMeta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant platforms.Develop campaigns for lead generation, event registrations, brand awareness, and conversion objectives.Set up and manage campaign structures, audiences, targeting, budgets, creatives, and bidding strategies.Conduct A/B testing of ad creatives, messaging, audiences, landing pages, and campaign formats.Monitor campaign performance on a daily/weekly basis and make data-driven optimization decisions.2. Lead Generation & ConversionBuild and optimize campaigns focused on generatingqualified leads, rather than simply maximizing lead volume.Work closely with the Sales and Business Development teams to understand lead quality and improve campaign targeting.Track the complete funnel fromad → landing page → lead → call → conversion .Identify drop-offs and recommend improvements to increase conversion rates and reduce acquisition costs.3. Analytics & ReportingTrack key performance metrics includingCPL, CAC, CTR, CPC, CPM, conversion rate, ROAS, lead quality, and campaign ROI .Prepare regular performance reports and insights for management.Identify trends, opportunities,



and underperforming campaigns.Maintain accurate campaign and performance tracking across relevant dashboards and spreadsheets.Use tools such asGoogle Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and CRM/lead tracking systemswhere required.4. Creative & Content CollaborationWork with the Brand, Marketing, and Design teams to develop high-performing ad creatives.Translate campaign objectives into effective ad copy, hooks, CTAs, and creative briefs.Continuously test different creative angles and messaging based on campaign data.Stay updated with emerging advertising formats, platform changes, and performance marketing trends.5. Budget & Performance ManagementManage advertising budgets responsibly and allocate spend towards the best-performing campaigns.Identify opportunities to scale successful campaigns while maintaining target acquisition costs.Recommend budget increases, reductions, or reallocations based on performance.Ensure campaigns are launched and optimized within agreed budgets and timelines.Requirements1–3 years of experience inPerformance Marketing / Paid Advertising / Digital Marketing .Hands-on experience withMeta Ads Manager and LinkedIn Adsis essential.Strong understanding of paid acquisition, audience targeting, retargeting, conversion funnels, and campaign optimization.Comfortable working with numbers, spreadsheets, analytics, and performance reports.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to independently manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.Good understanding of digital marketing creatives and copy.Robust communication and collaboration skills.Preferred SkillsExperience inB2B lead generation .Experience running campaigns for high-ticket products/services, events, consulting, SaaS, or professional services.Familiarity withGoogle Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, CRM systems, and conversion tracking .Experience with landing-page optimization and funnel analysis.
