We are looking for an Education Consultant to support students applying primarily to Master’s programs around the world, with a particular focus on universities in the US and UK. This is a multifaceted role combining graduate admissions consulting, writing and editing, student mentorship, and project and program management. You will guide students through the entire application journey: from early-stage planning and university selection to developing application materials and managing final submissions. You will also contribute to broader initiatives such as student workshops, school and institutional partnerships, and internal programs and projects. We welcome candidates with direct admissions experience, as well as accomplished writers, communicators, and project managers from other professional backgrounds who are excited about working in education."Graduate Admissions Consulting Guide students through the end-to-end graduate application process, primarily for Master’s programs. Help students identify suitable universities and programs based on their academic background, professional goals, interests, and preferences.



Prepare students for admissions interviews where required. Communicate regularly with students. Project and Program Management Support projects involving colleges, counsellors, and institutional partners. Take ownership of assigned projects and follow them through from planning to delivery. An exceptional writer and editor with a strong command of English. Strong project-management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple students, deadlines, and priorities simultaneously. An attentive listener who can understand a student’s experiences and help them communicate their story authentically. Interested in higher education and motivated by helping students achieve meaningful academic and skilled goals. Experience We are flexible about years of experience and will evaluate candidates based on the strength and relevance of their overall profile. Previous experience in graduate admissions, education consulting, counselling, writing, editing, communications, project management, program management, or a related field is valuable but not essential.
