Description:

We are seeking highly skilled and experienced candidates from the Automobile Industry, specifically those with a background in OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers) handling Passenger Cars or New Car Accessories. If you have a deep understanding of the automobile sector, especially in the passenger car segment or with experience in car accessories, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee operations, sales, or product development related to the Passenger Car Segment or New Car Accessories.
- Build and maintain relationships with top OEMs such as Maruti, Kia, Tata, Hyundai, and premium two-wheeler brands like Royal Enfield, TVS, Hero, Honda, Suzuki, BMW, Yamaha, etc.
- Collaborate with well-known accessory suppliers such as Auto Furnish, COOZO, Elite Industries (India), Elixir, Goradia Industries, and others.
- Ensure effective product integration and marketing for top-tier automobile accessories like Michelin, Bosch, Rain-X, Wurth, Speedfreaks, and more.
- Develop strategies to expand product offerings and increase market penetration within the automobile and accessory sectors.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, OEM releases, and customer needs to proactively adjust business strategies.
- Handle product and accessory-related inquiries, ensuring proper solutions and timely customer support.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 5+ years of experience in the automobile industry, specifically working with OEMs in the passenger car sector or handling automobile accessories.




- Proven knowledge of passenger car segments and accessories.
- Strong understanding of the supply chain and distribution networks for both OEMs and aftermarket accessories.
- Ability to work effectively with leading brands and partners in the automobile sector, such as JK Tyres, Apollo, MRF, CEAT, Bosch, etc.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills with OEMs and accessory suppliers.
- In-depth understanding of product specifications, features, and their integration with passenger cars.

Preferred Brands Experience:

- OEMs: Maruti, Kia, Tata, Hyundai, Royal Enfield, TVS, Hero, Honda, BMW, Suzuki, and others.
- Tyres: JK, Apollo, MRF, CEAT, and similar.
- Car Accessories: Experience with companies like Auto Furnish, COOZO, Elixir, Goradia Industries, Bosch, Michelin, Wurth, and others.

Qualification:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Additional qualifications or certifications in automotive technology or business are a plus.
