- Background Verification (BGV): Initiate verification procedures, coordinating with previous employers and SPOCs to ensure smooth and timely closure.
- Omni-channel Follow-ups: Proactively follow up through both calls and emails to resolve pending cases and explicit bottlenecks.
- Database Management: Maintain and update internal databases with structured, high-quality information gathered through your research.
