Commando Security Group is hiring a Field Officer to manage security operations across multiple sites in South Goa. You will lead a team of 50–60 guards and serve as the main point of contact for clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day operations and daily guard deployment for assigned sites.
• Handle guard attendance, performance tracking, and immediate replacements.
• Conduct in office training, night checks, and routine client meetings.
Requirements:
• Experience as a Field Officer or Supervisor in the security industry.
• Strong workforce management and problem-solving skills.
• Must own a two-wheeler for field patrolling.
