Responsibilities
- Manage end to end policy servicing activities by processing endorsements renewals cancellations and reinstatements with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Analyze policy documents schedules correspondence and system records to ensure that all policy changes are correctly interpreted and implemented within agreed timelines
- Coordinate with internal operations underwriting and quality team members to clarify instructions resolve discrepancies and ensure smooth completion of policy servicing tasks

Qualifications

- Exhibit valuable understanding of property and casualty insurance concepts such as coverage types limits deductibles and endorsements and use this knowledge to interpret policy servicing requests
