We are looking for a skilled Functional Consultant specializing in Dynamics AX/D365 to join our team in India. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing client needs, configuring the system, and ensuring successful implementation and user satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements from clients to design effective solutions using Dynamics AX/D365.
- Configure Dynamics AX/D365 modules according to client requirements and industry best practices.
- Conduct user training and provide support during and after implementation.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration of Dynamics AX/D365 with other systems.
- Create and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and user guides.
Skills and Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in Dynamics AX/D365 implementation and support.
- Strong understanding of ERP principles and processes, particularly in manufacturing, finance, and supply chain management.
- Proficient in customizing Dynamics AX/D365 modules and workflows.
- Experience with data migration and integration tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into functional specifications.
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interaction and teamwork.
