Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Insurance Executive to handle insurance sales, customer relationships, policy servicing, renewals, and documentation. The candidate will identify customer needs and recommend suitable insurance products.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads and acquire new insurance customers.- Explain insurance policies, coverage, benefits, terms, and premiums.- Sell life, health, motor, or general insurance products as applicable.- Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into sales.- Maintain robust relationships with existing customers.- Assist customers with policy renewals, claims, endorsements,



and documentation.- Ensure accurate completion of application and KYC documents.- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.- Maintain customer and sales records.- Coordinate with insurance companies and internal teams for policy processing.- Provide excellent after-sales service and resolve customer queries.- Follow company policies and applicable insurance regulations.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline preferred.- 1–3 years of experience in insurance, banking, financial services, or sales preferred.- Good communication and interpersonal skills.- Strong customer-service and convincing abilities.- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems.- Target-oriented and self-motivated.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary
₹15,000 – ₹35,000 per month + incentives, depending on experience and company policy.
