ob Title: Tele Collection Executive Domestic BPO

Job Description:

We are hiring Tele Collection Executives for a domestic voice process. Candidates should have good Hindi communication skills and prior experience in tele collections, loan/EMI collections, NBFC, or BFSI processes.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to customers regarding pending EMI/payments.
- Follow up with customers and ensure timely payment collection.
- Negotiate payment commitments and resolve customer queries professionally.
- Maintain accurate call and payment records in the CRM.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets.
- Handle customer objections and escalations effectively.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Minimum 6 months experience in tele collection/BPO/voice process.




- Good Hindi communication skills is mandatory.
- Collection/NBFC/BFSI experience preferred.
- Valuable convincing and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
- Comfortable working in a target-oriented environment.
