Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain and update resource management data in RMIS tools and databases.
- Generate periodic and ad hoc reports to support resource planning and decision-making.
- Create and manage interactive dashboards and data visualizations using Excel or other tools (e.g., Power BI/Tableau).
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reports and dashboards.
- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to provide insights and recommendations to the team.
- Support automation of recurring reporting tasks to improve efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, Finance, and Project Managers to gather reporting requirements.
- Provide support during audits and data reconciliation processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- 3 to 4 years of hands-on experience in reporting and data management roles.
- Proficient in Advanced Excel functions including pivot tables, macros, lookups, conditional formatting, data validation, and formulas.




- Strong understanding of data visualization and dashboard creation.
- Knowledge of reporting tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar is a plus.
- Experience with automating reports using Excel VBA, Power Query, or other scripting tools is an advantage.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- High attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business, IT, Statistics, or similar).

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in a Resource Management or Workforce Planning workplace.
- Understanding of TMIS or similar systems and how they support business operations.
- Exposure to SQL or other database querying tools (optional but beneficial).
