The HR Data & Payroll Analyst is responsible for managing HR data, analytics, and payroll processing. This role ensures accurate payroll execution, analyzes workforce trends and provides data-driven insights to improve HR operations, compensation, and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- HR Data & Analytics Collect, clean, and maintain HR data from HRIS, payroll and performance systems.
- Create dashboards and reports on key HR metrics (attrition, headcount, compensation, engagement).
- Analyze workforce trends and support data-driven HR decisions.
- Automate HR reports and optimize data processes.
- Payroll Management Process payroll accurately, ensuring compliance with tax regulations and company policies.
- Manage employee salary changes, bonuses, perks deductions and payroll adjustments.
- Handle payroll reconciliations, audits, and reporting. Ensure timely payments and resolve payroll discrepancies.
- Compliance & Process Improvement Ensure payroll and HR data compliance with labor laws and data privacy regulations.
- Streamline payroll and HR analytics processes through automation.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education: Bachelor's or Master's in HR, Finance, Business Analytics or related field.
Experience: 3-8 years in payroll, HR analytics, or HR operations.
Technical Skills: Payroll software proficiency (ADP, SAP, Workday, Oracle, etc.). Strong Excel, Power BI or Tableau skills. Basic SQL, Python or R (preferred).
Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Good communication and collaboration abilities.
Preferred Certifications: Payroll (CPP, FPC) or HR Analytics (SHRM-CP, Google Data Analytics) certifications.
