We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Analyst to join our Finance team in India. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Kannada and English and possess a foundational understanding of accounting operations, GST, SEZ/STPI compliance, and financial reporting. This role offers hands-on exposure to the day-to-day finance function and opportunities to contribute to strategic financial planning and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and maintain financial records including accounts payable, receivable, bank statements, and invoices
- File GST returns and handle ITC reconciliation (GSTR2B vs GSTR3B), and Books vs GST returns reconciliation
- Ensure timely compliance with SEZ and STPI regulations
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
- Ensure adherence to financial regulations, tax laws, and internal policies
- Liaise with vendors, clients, auditors, and other internal/external stakeholders
- Provide support during internal and statutory audits
- Contribute to the improvement and implementation of financial systems and processes




- Assist in executing financial strategies and operational efficiencies

Qualifications Skills:

- Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline
- Proven experience as an Accounts Executive or in a similar finance role
- Solid knowledge of financial principles, TDS, GST, and related compliances
- Familiarity with SEZ/STPI compliance procedures is a must
- Proficiency in Tally ERP and/or Oracle Fusion is highly desirable
- Advanced skills in MS Excel and other MS Office tools
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and fluency in Kannada and English
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

Preferred Tools Systems:

- Tally ERP / Oracle Fusion / Similar accounting platforms
- Excel - VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Reconciliation Templates
